ABOUT THE TRAINING

This is the first mainstream conscious dance program of its kind to hit the wellness industry, as we approach meditation in an exciting way!

Be part of this exciting new programme Flow Dance Meditation. Be ahead of the curve and be one of the first instructors to share this exciting new practice. You will be able to share Flow Dance Meditation at studios, fitness centres, festivals, retreats and communities around the world. Join this expanding community of facilitators that through holding space for others, encourage and guide participants in self-expression, discovery and creating deeper connections to themselves through movement.

What is Flow Dance?

Why Bali? This island holds a very special energy, some consider it is because Bali lies on the Earth’s Kundalini energy lines, for others it is the ancient wisdom held by the Balinese people, and their beautiful spiritual approach to healing. We have carefully designed the training in a way that you can get the most out of your time with us. if you have any other questions, please get in touch

  • • Morning Practice: Start your day with a Beach Walk and Grounding or Meditation, where we use movement and nature to bring awareness to the body and clear the mind. These sessions, like the Sufi Vortex or Sea Dip, offer a refreshing way to open the day and set intentions.

    • Masterclasses & Presentations: Throughout the day, you’ll engage in sessions such as the FDM Masterclass, where Lindsay and the team will lead you through the Flow Dance Meditation method. You’ll explore embodiment practices and how to integrate Titration & Pendulation techniques into your facilitation.

    • Practical Learning: Dive deeper into topics like the Power of Music, the mechanics of movement, and trauma-informed facilitation. The afternoons are filled with hands-on workshops where you’ll practice facilitation and get personalized feedback.

    Dance & Exploration: You’ll participate in Dance Explorations. Some days feature cacao ceremonies, headphone practices, or Dance with Cacao, combining the power of dance and ritual to connect more deeply with the practice.

    Evening Sessions: Wind down with calming evening practices like TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) and Bedtime Meditation. These gentle sessions prepare your body and mind for rest while integrating the work done throughout the day.


    Each day is a blend of experiential learning, movement, and reflection, designed to deepen your understanding of Flow Dance Meditation and enhance your personal growth. By the end of the retreat, you’ll feel equipped and inspired to guide others in this transformative practice.

  • Rooms in all venues are available on either a single or shared double occupancy basis. If you have someone who you would like to share a room with, please let us know this when booking.If not, we will pair students who book the shared occupancy together. If you would like to book any additional nights either side of the training course please get in touch with us to arrange this.

  • Transport to and from the hotel, including flights, is not included and will need to be arranged by yourself.

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks will be provided. All dietary requirements can be met by the hotel caterers, including plant-based, coeliac, lactose-intolerant, as well as any other allergies. Please let us know about any special dietary needs on booking so we can ensure any specific needs are met. Both cold and hot drinks are available from the hotel bars throughout the day. We recommend you bring a refillable water bottle with you.

    • Comfortable clothing for movement sessions and relaxation.

    • Swimwear for leisure time.

    • A notebook or journal, pens, and a refillable water bottle.

    • Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.
